• 25 Years as a commercial landlord in a 10 thousand square foot building


• 4 years as a residential home landlord


• 14 years owning a very successful Bed and Breakfast in Niagrara-on-the-lake


• 4 years operating ‘Bay Beach Retreat’ a cottage rental in Crystal Beach


• 2 years running a basement appartment in Toronto

Dave worked as an audio visual consultant helping customers like Rogers, Bank of Montreal, LCBO, OLG, and Cadillac Fairview.

Gail held positions in fashion and decorating in retail environments. Her hospitality talents were refined operating the B&B

Gail and Dave moved to Crystal Beach in 2017. After a major renovation on their 1940’s cottage they now enjoy living the Beach Life.
